Carpooling

If possible, ask to ride with your friend.  Driving a Humvee by yourself waste fuel, and why not give a few more friends a lift to work?  We should not antagonize those who drive SUVs, but it is a good idea to maximize the utility of these SUVs.  A city bus is a good example of "Carpooling," in which up to 40 people ride on the same bus.
